Acuitiv Ltd have a range of seminars to cover a variety of subjects.

All our seminars are interactive and can be put together on a ‘pick and mix’ basis e.g. the Road Rage and Lone Driver Safety seminars can be combined to give a longer safety seminar. Other seminars can be designed to cover other topics as required or the content of an existing seminar can be altered to cover your specific requirements.

Defensive Driving

Our Defensive Driving seminar covers UK crash statistics, drivers who are most at risk, the main causes of crashes, the effect of driver attitude on crash risk, hazard perception, use of speed and Highway Code knowledge.

Eco-driving

Tests by the Driving Standards Agency have shown that an efficiently driven vehicle will not only use less fuel and have less ‘down time’ due to repairs, but the journey time will be shortened and the stress level of the driver will be reduced. This seminar is designed to introduce drivers to the main causes of increased fuel consumption and discuss the techniques required to eliminate them.

Road Rage

This is perceived to be an increasing problem on the roads of the UK. This seminar looks at the causes of road rage as well as ways of reducing the risks to your staff.

Lone Driver Safety

If you have staff working and driving alone then this seminar is a must. It discusses the main risks faced by lone drivers and suggests ways to reduce those risks.

Personal Safety

This seminar gives pointers to your staff about areas where they might be at risk of attack either in the workplace when alone or just walking down the street. We have delivered this course to companies who have staff that deal face to face with members of the public and have had positive feedback regarding an increase in confidence of delegates who have attended.
